Pastor-Elect Jennifer Powell, an anointed Woman of GOD, is steadfastly devoted to the Power of Prayer and her unwavering faith in GOD. Her ministry, Inspired Ministries International, (IMI), is deeply rooted in  fostering a personal relationship with GOD. Through an enriched understanding of HIS WORD, a fervent hunger for prayer, and a heartfelt desire to worship, IMI continues to inspire believers to draw closer to HIM.

Currently, Pastor-Elect Powell serves her outreach ministry, which includes spiritual counseling and  ministering within the community, as well as in prisons, nursing homes, and at speaking engagements. She also hosts an online prayer service every Monday at 6:PM  (Pacific Time), where AltarWarriors unite in prayer, interceding for and with others across the globe.

Pastor-Elect Powell first found salvation at New Covenant Pentecostal Tabernacle in Tacoma, Washington, under the leadership of Dr. Edna E. Travis. This life-changing encounter occurred 40 years ago, shortly after her arrival from Fort Pierce, Florida. Over the past four decades, she has gained profound insight into what it means to be fully "sold out, dedicated, and consecrated" for service to the LORD.

I am thrilled to welcome you on this journey in Christ with us.

About Us and Who We Are

I will forever acknowledge and treasure the compassionate guidance and steadfast encouragement of Dr. Travis. She was instrumental in inspiring me to pursue my own ministry. I thank her for demonstrating how to deepen my faith and  developing my confidence to answer my calling
spiritual calling.

Her legacy continues to influence
and inspire new generations of faith leaders.

We are committed to fostering unity within the Church by defining doctrines that reflect our shared values and guide our leadership in making decisions rooted in faith. These doctrines are not merely guidelines but foundational truths that unite us as a community of believers. We invite you to explore our STATEMENT OF FAITH and CORE BELIEFS, which illuminate the grace and truth of JESUS CHRIST and the principles by which we  are called to live.

THE BIBLE

We hold that the Bible is the inspired Word of GOD, serving as our ultimate authority for faith and practice. Through it, GOD reveals HIS truth, guiding us to live in righteousness and obedience.

Key Scripture

"All Scripture is GOD-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness."

(2Timoth 3;16)

THE TRINITY

We confess our belief in the triune nature of GOD-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit-three persons in one essence. This truth affirms the Deity of JESUS CHRIST and the HOLY SPIRIT, as revealed in Scripture.

KEY SCRIPTURE

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the FATHER, the SON, and the HOLY GHOST. (Matthew 28:19)

SALVATION

We believe that salvation is a gift of grace, made possible through the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. By confessing our sins and placing our faith in HIM, we are redeemed and reconciled to GOD.

KEY SCRIPTURE

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of GOD" (Ephesians 2:8)

WATER BAPTISM

We believe that water baptism is an outward declaration of faith and a symbol of our identification with CHRIST'S death, burial, and resurrection. It represents our commitment to live as HIS disciples.

KEY SCRIPTURE

We were therefor buried with  HIM through baptism into death in order that, just as CHRIST was raised from the dead.... we too may live a new life."

(Romans 6:4)

COMMUNION

We affirm that Communion is a sacred act of remembering the sacrifice of JESUS CHRIST, who shed HIS blood for the forgiveness of sins. It unites us as believers in fellowship and reflects our continual dependence on HIS grace.

KEY SCRIPTURE

"Do this in remembrance of me.

(Luke 22:19)

 STATEMENT OF FAITH

Through the shared beliefs of the IMI religious community,  we confess our Faith in the grace and mercy of JESUS CHRIST. We affirm that HE was conceived  of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin—fully GOD, and fully man. We believe in HIS sinless life, in His miracles, His Crucifixion, His bodily resurrection, and in His ascension to the right hand of GOD.
